Spicy Sausage and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, mince the garlic and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes and sauté for another minute.
- 5. Squeeze the sausage out of its casing into the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks until browned.
- 6. Add thawed broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- 7. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the skillet with the sausage and broccoli.
- 8. Stir to coat the pasta in the infused oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- 9. Sprinkle with cheeses, stir again, and serve warm.
