Broccoli Sausage Pasta Bake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the sausage until browned, then drain and set aside.
- In a baking dish, combine olive oil, shallots, garlic, and broccoli.
- Layer in the sausage, uncooked pasta, red sauce, chicken stock, and milk.
- Add 1 cup of mozzarella and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese on top.
- Mix everything well and press down on the noodles.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Optionally, broil for 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
