Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large sauté pan, cook the sausage and onion over medium heat, breaking up the sausage until browned.
- 4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- 5. Stir in the crushed and diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, and black pepper, then bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 7. Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and half-and-half to the sausage mixture and stir to combine.
- 8. Heat through, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
- 9. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 10. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
