Instructions
- 1. Combine the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the Italian sausage seasoning mix.
- 2. Mix the ground turkey with the seasoning until well blended.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the turkey mixture until browned.
- 5. Add chopped spinach to the cooked turkey and let cool.
- 6. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and sprinkle some Mozzarella cheese on it.
- 7. Mix the remaining Mozzarella with the turkey and spinach, and spread it on the dough.
- 8. Roll the dough up tightly, seal the edges, and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- 9. Brush the roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese mixture.
- 10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let cool before slicing.
