Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet and set aside.
- Cook the Italian sausage in a pan until completely cooked, then remove it while leaving some drippings in the pan.
- Sauté the zucchini in the sausage drippings for 2-3 minutes until softened, then drain and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread pizza sauce over the flatbreads, then top with cooked sausage, zucchini, and shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, add dollops of ricotta cheese, and drizzle with pesto.
- Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
