Spinach and Sausage Oven Baked Spaghetti

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a large saucepan, cook the sausage meat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it loses its pink color.
- 3. Remove excess fat and add mushrooms, onion, garlic, basil, and pepper; cook for another 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
- 4. Add tomatoes, water, and tomato paste; bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until almost all liquid has evaporated.
- 5. Stir in the spinach.
- 6. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until slightly undercooked; drain well and add to the sauce, stirring to coat.
- 7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 8. Bake for 20 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden.
- 9. Serve immediately.
