Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Rinse and prepare the Brussels sprouts by peeling away loose leaves and cutting them in half lengthwise, then toss with oil.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Close the air fryer and set the timer for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness around 10 minutes to avoid over-browning, cooking longer if necessary.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
- For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, pressed garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the Brussels sprouts hot with the Garlic Lemon Aioli on the side.
