Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 pounds Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Neutral Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • to taste Lemon Juice (optional)

The Garlic Lemon Aioli

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse and prepare the Brussels sprouts by peeling away loose leaves and cutting them in half lengthwise, then toss with oil.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Close the air fryer and set the timer for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness around 10 minutes to avoid over-browning, cooking longer if necessary.
  6. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
  7. For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, pressed garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  8. Serve the Brussels sprouts hot with the Garlic Lemon Aioli on the side.
