Instructions
- Wash and trim the brussels sprouts, cutting them in half lengthwise.
- In a medium bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes, then shake the basket and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
- Continue to air fry for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and season with additional salt and parmesan cheese if desired.
