Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts

The Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the brussels sprouts, cutting them in half lengthwise.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  4. Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8 minutes, then shake the basket and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
  6. Continue to air fry for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until crispy and tender.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and season with additional salt and parmesan cheese if desired.
