Crispy Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the brussels sprouts with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss again.
- Place the brussels sprouts in the air fryer in a single layer with the flat side down.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat the cooking process until all brussels sprouts are cooked.
- Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired, and serve immediately.
