Ingredients

The sprouts

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, drizzle the brussels sprouts with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle the brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then toss again.
  4. Place the brussels sprouts in the air fryer in a single layer with the flat side down.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Repeat the cooking process until all brussels sprouts are cooked.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired, and serve immediately.
