Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts

The sprouts and onions

The dressing

Instructions
- Wash and dry the brussels sprouts, then slice them in half.
- Slice the red onion into smaller pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts and sliced onions.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then add salt and pepper.
- Toss the mixture to coat evenly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Add the brussels sprouts and onions to the basket without overcrowding.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, then shake or toss the veggies.
- Continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes, monitoring for desired crispiness.
- Cool before serving.
