Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb small Brussels sprouts

The Seasonings

  • 2-3 sprays olive oil spray
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

The Toppings

  • cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
  3. Place the mixture in the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 13 minutes.
  4. Add walnuts and cranberries to the air fryer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately or allow to cool and serve chilled.
