Instructions
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 13 minutes.
- Add walnuts and cranberries to the air fryer and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately or allow to cool and serve chilled.
