Instructions
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, removing any brown outer leaves.
- Optionally soak the sprouts in warm water for 10 minutes to make them tender.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Drain and dry the Brussels sprouts, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Shake the basket to toss the sprouts and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until crispy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and add any desired toppings before serving.
