Instructions
- Trim the ends and halve large Brussels sprouts.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (or 370°F if using 10-degree increments).
- Fry the Brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 6-7 minutes until browned.
- In the microwave, melt the butter with maple syrup in 30-second intervals.
- Stir in garlic and salt into the melted butter and syrup.
- Remove the sprouts from the air fryer and toss them with the butter-syrup glaze.
- Serve immediately.
