Ingredients

Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt

Chipotle-Lime Aioli

  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon grated lime zest (from ½ a lime)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or finely minced)
  • teaspoon chipotle powder
  • teaspoon smoked paprika
  • a pinch coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Trim the stem ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut them into quarters, saving any loose leaves.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with oil and salt.
  4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 7 minutes.
  6. While the sprouts are frying, prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, chipotle powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  7. After 7 minutes, shake the air fryer basket to stir the sprouts.
  8. Return the basket and air fry for an additional 8 minutes for a total of 15 minutes.
