Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Trim the stem ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut them into quarters, saving any loose leaves.
- In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with oil and salt.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7 minutes.
- While the sprouts are frying, prepare the aioli by mixing mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, chipotle powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- After 7 minutes, shake the air fryer basket to stir the sprouts.
- Return the basket and air fry for an additional 8 minutes for a total of 15 minutes.
