Creamy Taco Sauce (or sour cream)

Instructions
- Prep each layer of the dip.
- In a square baking dish, spread the taco meat at the bottom.
- Layer the cheese sauce on top of the meat.
- Add the diced chiles.
- Spread the salsa over the chiles.
- Add the guacamole next.
- Spread the creamy taco sauce or sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onions, and add hot pepper garnish if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or other dippers.
