Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 ice cubes ice cubes

Optional garnish

  • to taste Peanut Butter Graham crackers
  • to taste coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for molasses until smooth.
  2. Add molasses gradually, adjusting to taste.
