Instructions
- Combine the plant milk, frozen banana, chia seeds, blackstrap molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice in a blender.
- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
- Top with crushed wafer cookies and/or whipped cream if desired.
