Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mash the sweet potatoes and mix in melted butter, milk, sugar, vanilla, beaten eggs, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecan pieces to create crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the sweet potato base.
