Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot of water until fork tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- 3. Drain the sweet potatoes and combine with maple syrup, butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mash until smooth.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, salt, and butter to create a crumbly topping.
- 5. Spread the sweet potato mixture in a casserole dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- 6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
