Instructions
- Spread hummus over half of the tortilla and add your chosen fillings.
- Fold the tortilla to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the folded quesadilla in the pan.
- Cook for a couple of minutes, then flip and brush with olive oil.
- Cook until both sides are golden and crisp.
- Let the quesadilla rest for a few minutes, then slice into wedges and serve.
