Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by cutting the meat, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic.
- Add the meat to the slow cooker and sprinkle the mixed spices over it, mixing well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours until the meat is tender.
- Skim off some fat before removing the meat from the cooker.
- Shred the meat using two forks and return it to the slow cooker, stirring well.
- Serve with warm tortillas and desired toppings.
