Instructions
- Mix the spices together in a bowl.
- Season the beef chunks with the spice blend and place them in the crock pot.
- Blend the chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, cilantro, red onion, garlic, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar in a food processor.
- Pour the blended mixture over the beef and add the beef bone broth and bay leaves.
- Gently combine everything and cover the crock pot.
- Cook on HIGH for 5 to 5½ hours.
- Shred the beef with forks and return it to the crock pot with some cooking liquid.
