Instructions
- Cream together the vegan butter and sugars for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegan milk and vanilla extract, mixing for an additional 30 seconds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix gently until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop out the dough by heaping tablespoons onto baking sheets, leaving 3 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 11 to 12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
