Easy Homemade Cultured Cashew Yogurt

Instructions
- Blend cashews and water in a high-speed blender until creamy and slightly warm.
- Transfer the mixture to a non-reactive bowl.
- Open the probiotics capsules and sprinkle the contents over the cashew mixture.
- Stir the mixture gently with a rubber spatula or plastic spoon until fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with cheesecloth or a clean tea towel and secure it with a rubber band.
- Place the bowl in a warm area for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Once fermented to your liking, refrigerate the yogurt for a couple of hours before using.
