Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 2 tablespoons blanched slivered almonds, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to thicken.
