Instructions
- Start by making the strawberry chia jam: Combine frozen berries and sweetener in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, and mash the berries lightly.
- Reduce heat and stir in chia seeds, cooking until the jam thickens.
- For the oatmeal, melt coconut oil or butter in a skillet and toast the oats until fragrant.
- In a pot, combine milk, water, salt, and spices, bring to a boil, then add the toasted oats and cover, letting them sit off heat to absorb the liquid.
- Prepare the coconut whipped cream by chilling coconut milk, then mixing the solid cream with sweetener and vanilla until fluffy.
