Instructions
- Combine oats, nut milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and jam in a jar or bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To make the jam, heat chopped strawberries in a saucepan until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
- Mash the strawberries, add honey (or maple syrup) and chia seeds, mix well, and let sit to thicken for about 5 minutes.
- Top overnight oats with jam, sliced strawberries, and granola before serving.
