Ingredients

The oats

  • cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Silk Protein Nutmilk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry chia seed jam

The jam

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Optional toppings

  • to taste strawberry chia seed jam
  • to taste sliced strawberries
  • to taste granola

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, nut milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and jam in a jar or bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. To make the jam, heat chopped strawberries in a saucepan until syrupy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Mash the strawberries, add honey (or maple syrup) and chia seeds, mix well, and let sit to thicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Top overnight oats with jam, sliced strawberries, and granola before serving.
