Overnight Chia Oats
Ingredients
The oats

oat milk or milk of choice
The flavorings

vanilla extract

maple syrup

a big pinch
flaky sea salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adjusting the milk for desired consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a storage jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 12 or more.
- Once ready, remove from the fridge and divide into two bowls.
- Top with fruit if desired and serve.
