Overnight Chia Oats

Ingredients

The oats

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1¼ – 1½ cups oat milk or milk of choice

The flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • a big pinch flaky sea salt
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adjusting the milk for desired consistency.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a storage jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 12 or more.
  3. Once ready, remove from the fridge and divide into two bowls.
  4. Top with fruit if desired and serve.
