Berry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup Quaker Oats rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • pinch salt
  • pinch cinnamon
  • to taste maple syrup or other sweetener

The toppings

  • 1 cup frozen berries of choice
  • as desired yogurt for topping
  • as desired berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, milk, salt, and cinnamon in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Puree the berries, optionally using leftovers from a smoothie.
  3. Stir the oats with the berry puree and top with yogurt and additional berries or toppings of choice.
