Melon Caprese Salad

The salad

melon balls (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew)

Instructions
- Break the burrata in half and place each half in a small bowl or glass.
- Layer the melon balls, basil, and mint over the burrata, then top with a slice of prosciutto.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad.
- To make the vinaigrette, blend all vinaigrette ingredients until smooth.
