Grilled Ginger & Pineapple Herb Chicken

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large gallon-sized bag and shake to coat the chicken.
- Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken thighs on indirect heat, skin side up, and grill for 10-15 minutes.
- Cover the grill with vents open and cook for an additional 25 minutes.
- Turn the chicken and cover again until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Move the chicken to direct heat for a nice char, then let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
