Instructions
- Mix the spices in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken dry and season with the spice mixture.
- Pour the chicken broth into the Instant Pot and place the chicken on the trivet.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 8 minutes, then let it naturally release for 5 minutes.
- Crisp the chicken skin using one of the three methods: sauté in the Instant Pot, use a nonstick skillet, or broil in the oven.
