Ingredients

Seasoning

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken legs
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions

  1. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken legs to coat them evenly.
  3. Add the chicken broth or water to the Instant Pot.
  4. Place a trivet in the pot and arrange the chicken legs on the trivet, standing them upright with the meaty side down.
  5. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook for 10 minutes.
  6. After cooking, manually release the pressure and remove the chicken legs.
  7. Transfer the chicken legs to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes per side until the skin is crispy.
