Instructions
- Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken legs to coat them evenly.
- Add the chicken broth or water to the Instant Pot.
- Place a trivet in the pot and arrange the chicken legs on the trivet, standing them upright with the meaty side down.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, manually release the pressure and remove the chicken legs.
- Transfer the chicken legs to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes per side until the skin is crispy.
