Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a skillet or pie plate with butter.
- Combine strawberries, rhubarb, coconut sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, and sea salt in the skillet.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder, then incorporate the cubed butter until crumbly.
- Stir in buttermilk and honey until just combined.
