Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the filling ingredients and pour into an 8×8 inch pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the topping and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients for the topping.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well mixed.
- Evenly cover the fruit with the cobbler topping.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the topping is cooked through.
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
