Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil, coating it with cooking spray.
- Place the trimmed and halved brussels sprouts on the pan in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts and season with salt and pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- Add butter to the hot pan and stir the brussels sprouts until coated.
- Transfer to a serving platter and top with pecans and pomegranate seeds before serving.
