Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the walnuts and oats.
- Heat a skillet and lightly grease it with coconut oil or vegan butter.
- Pour ¼ to ⅓ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until browned.
- Keep cooked pancakes warm in an oven while cooking the remaining batter.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
