German Potato Salad

apple cider vinegar

coarsely-ground black pepper

chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes.
- 2. While the potatoes cook, fry the bacon until crispy and then sauté the onions in the bacon grease until translucent.
- 3. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and cut them into cubes.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the bacon, onions, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and toss well.
- 5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley, or chill and serve cold.
