Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then pulse to mix.
- 3. Add butter and pulse until the mixture resembles pea-sized pieces.
- 4. Add buttermilk and vanilla, pulsing until the dough starts to come together.
- 5. Gently knead in cinnamon chips by hand, then shape the dough into a rectangle.
- 6. Cut the dough into triangular wedges and place them on the baking sheet.
- 7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
