Coffee Icing

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Grate the frozen butter and combine it with the dry mixture until crumbly.
- Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and combine with the dry mixture.
- Form the dough into a ball, then shape it into an 8-inch disc and cut into wedges.
- Brush the scones with heavy cream and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Refrigerate the scones for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Arrange the scones on a baking sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the coffee icing and drizzle over the warm scones.
