Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot in the specified order and seal the lid.
- Set the pressure cook time to 70 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pot sit for 15 minutes for natural release, then release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and remove the meat, setting it aside to shred or leave in chunks.
- Turn on the sauté function and whisk in the flour mixture to thicken the gravy.
- Return the meat to the pot and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or on buns.
