Instructions
- 1. Heat the Instant Pot to 'Saute' and add oil.
- 2. Prepare the pork by trimming fat and cutting into 3 chunks.
- 3. Once the oil is hot, add diced onions and saute for 2 minutes, then add minced garlic.
- 4. Add the pork to brown on each side for about 2 minutes.
- 5. Turn off 'Saute' mode and add beef broth, pepperoncini juice, pepperoncini peppers, and ranch seasoning.
- 6. Seal the lid, ensure the knob is set to sealing, and cook on manual for 25 minutes.
- 7. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- 8. Let the pork stand for 10 minutes without the lid before shredding with two forks.
