Instant Pot Pork Roast

Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in the Instant Pot using the sauté function, then cook onion and jalapeño for 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Stir in garlic, pineapple, orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 3. Cancel the sauté function and place the pork roast on top of the mixture.
- 4. Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 30 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release.
- 5. Shred the pork using two forks and serve hot, garnished with green onions or cilantro if desired.
