Instructions
- Heat oil in the Instant Pot using sauté mode.
- Brown the pork on each side.
- Top the pork with salt and barbecue sauce.
- Cover and secure the lid, then cook on Manual High for 40 minutes.
- Allow the steam to naturally release for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
- Shred the pork using two forks.
- Switch to sauté mode to absorb the barbecue sauce.
- Serve with toasted hamburger buns, coleslaw, and butter.
