The pulled pork

BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Mix all spice rub ingredients in a bowl.
- Set Instant Pot to Saute mode and add vegetable oil.
- Brown the pork pieces for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove pork and turn off Saute mode.
- Coat the pork with the spice rub.
- Combine chicken broth and 1 cup of BBQ sauce in the pot.
- Return the pork to the pot and seal it.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix in the remaining BBQ sauce before serving.
