Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar and orange zest together.
- Juice the orange and combine it with milk and yogurt to create a liquid mixture.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In the liquid mixture, add eggs, melted butter, and honey; whisk until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined; add cranberries.
- Divide the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden.
- Cool the muffins and optionally drizzle with orange glaze made from powdered sugar and orange juice.
