Low Carb Strawberry Mousse

The whipped cream

heavy cream

low carb powdered sugar
Instructions
- Powder the freeze-dried strawberries and place them in a bowl.
- Add sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla, stevia, and yogurt to the bowl and set aside.
- Whip the egg whites until glossy and stiff, then set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sweetener until stiff.
- Mix the yogurt-strawberry mixture until the sweetener dissolves, then blend in a third of the whipped cream.
- Fold in half of the remaining whipped cream, then the rest of the whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the whipped egg whites in thirds.
- Refrigerate for a firmer texture or serve immediately.
