Low Carb Strawberry Mousse

The whipped cream

heavy cream, whipped stiffly

low carb powdered sugar or your favorite powdered low carb sweetener
Instructions
- Powder the freeze-dried strawberries in a coffee grinder and place them in a bowl.
- Add sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla, stevia glycerite, and yogurt to the bowl and set aside.
- In a clean bowl, whip the egg whites until glossy and stiff, then set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sweetener until stiff.
- Whip the yogurt mixture until the sweetener dissolves, then add ⅓ of the whipped cream and blend.
- Fold in half of the remaining whipped cream into the yogurt-strawberry mixture until incorporated.
- Fold in the rest of the whipped cream gently.
- Finally, fold in the whipped egg whites in thirds until fully combined.
- Refrigerate for a firmer texture or serve immediately for a softer texture.
