Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake together the vegetable broth, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and sesame oil.
- Taste for seasonings and add the remaining 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce if desired.
- To stir-fry, heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high to high heat and add high heat-tolerant cooking oil.
- Once hot, add the protein (tofu or tempeh) and cook until starting to brown.
- Add in the vegetables and cook until they are vivid and tender.
- Add noodles or rice along with the stir-fry sauce and cook for another 2 minutes to heat the sauce and infuse flavors.
