Broccoli Cauliflower Rice

cauliflower, grated

The cooking ingredients

garlic salt or regular salt

butter or ghee or olive oil

Parmesan cheese (optional)

lemon zest

Instructions
- Cut the core out of the cauliflower and grate or chop it into small pieces.
- Place the cauliflower in a medium microwavable bowl.
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces and add it to the cauliflower.
- Add water to the bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and microwave for two minutes.
- Carefully drain the water from the bowl.
- Remove the plastic wrap and stir the mixture, adding butter and other ingredients.
- For an alternate method, sauté garlic and onion in butter, then add the broccoli cauliflower rice and finish with lemon zest and Parmesan.
